How do I get quick response?
Email is usually the best way to get a quick response.We are usually on appointments during the day and unable to answer the phone right away. If calling is the best way to explain what you need, then by all means, give us a call.
Do you only offer support for Apple products?
Apple products are our main expertise. We do offer support and advice for 3rd party Apple-compatible products such as printers, scanners, software, etc.
What areas do you serve?
We are based out of Jersey City, NJ. We also serve our surrounding towns such as Hoboken & Weehawken, as well as Manhattan and Brooklyn. Travel charges may apply to areas further away.
