Gotham Mac Consulting is a Macintosh consulting, support and solutions company, started by a former Apple Computer employee. Gotham Mac Consulting’s goal is to provide clients with an affordable and personalized approach to utilizing, mastering and expanding the use of Apple Computers for business and private purposes. Our services are designed to fill a void created by the growing interest, demand and application of Apple Computers by many businesses and private users in the larger New York.
During his five years with the higher education and marketing department for Apple Computer, founder Robert Pienciak trained faculty, staff and department heads on new and emerging Apple technologies. He also performed various tech support related services including on-site support for the larger Mac Labs around the campuses of New York University, School of Visual Arts, The New School and Fordham.
He decided to bring this expertise to other segments of the population, and thus Gotham Mac Consulting was born. As technology becomes a more integral part of daily life, Gotham Mac Consulting’s vision is to become the next generation of specialized service providers that can guide households and companies to make educated and informed decisions about investments in technology. Our goal is to be there for families and businesses to turn to for their technological needs, just as they consult doctors for matters of health, lawyers for legal matters, and accountants and stock brokers for financial guidance.
